The weekend started with dinner at Le Café de Paris in Boise. Dinner included Salad d'ete - Summer Salad with cornichons, tomato croutons and a champagne vinaigrette. Poulet Forestier - Sauteed chicken breast served with a mushroom, bacon and Dijon Cream Sauce - Gratin d'Auphinois and Couregettes and Haricot Vert. Saumon sauce aux herbes Fresh salmon poached in wine sauce with provencal herbs, served with a white wine reduction and cream sauce, Riz Pilaf, Couregettes and Haricot Vert. Dessert: Chocolate Eclair. The wines included - Kir Royal, Chateau Lurton Bordeaux Pouilly Fuisse Burgundy Laboure' Roi Beaujolais Village Geroges Duboeuf 2004 Domaine Tollot Cote de Beaune PN Champagnes - Nicolas Feuillatte 1'er Crus Brut Rose Perrier Jouet English Cuvee |

And then, on Saturday, 15 July, we left for Silver City and the Idaho Hotel. What a delightful time we had. Silver City, Idaho is deep in the Owyhee Mountains, about 70 miles south and east of Boise. It is a historic gold and silver mining town. The buildings that you will see here, and their interiors, are original. |

And so, the weekend ended. Such a great time in such a unique place in Idaho. We will return next year and then for our 25th Anniversary, our Silver Anniversary.
