Located in an older, converted house, this Bakery has the ambiance of walking into the 1920's. High ceilings, small round tables for seating and a very friendly atmosphere, something you find in Idaho's smaller towns.	Food presentation is in a bakery where you order "what you see" and you can eat on-site or take it with you. Nothing fancy here, just "Good Eats".	Food quality is extremely good and well prepared. As in any quality bakery, freshness is essential and Flight of Fancy Bakeshop has achieved this goal. Baked items include homemade breads, speciality pies, scones and cinnamon rolls, traditional tiramisu, gourmet bars and cookies, special order cakes and New York Style cheesecakes are their speciality.	The in-store cost is within $1.00 to $8.00 and well worth it. Their Espresso Americana is great. Whole cheese cakes (online) range from $38.00 for a 7" cake to $68.00 for a 10" cake.	Service is cheery and friendly and accurate. It's a country atmosphere where your enjoyment of the baked goods is their pleasure. If you want to know what a certain item is, just ask and they will be more than happy to explain.	Have to rate this a solid 3-Star establishment. It's a great little place to break up what can be a long and hot trip. Going to the McCall Ice Carnival? In the winter, it will be great to stop in for some hot coffee and a pastry. Do stop in and enjoy small town Idaho. Yes, we'll be back!
