Food presentation is superb! The plates are presented in a delightfully pleasing visual picture. |
The food quality and the taste is superb. The plates are presented colorfully and extremely pleasingly in the Japanese style. You eat with your eyes first.The Green Salad ($2.75) is awesome mainly because of their special dressing. |
The service staff is superb - pleasant and helpful and not over whelming. They just seem to know when you want something and they appear. |
The menu is broken into two main areas: Japanese Sushi and Sushimi and Chinese. The prices are in range for the quality of the food and the service that they provide. |
We have eaten in some fabulous Japanese restaurants - Blue Sushi in Naples, FL., Ahi Sushi in Eagle, ID. and Happy Fish and Shige Japanese Cuisine in Boise and in San Francisco, to name a few. Sushi Joy is far beyond these in quality and taste. My problem now is where to rate Sushi Joy. I have no problem with the 5-Stars! The entrees that we had were superb.
